If 5 days prior to your course date or on your course date: you experienced or are experiencing any covid, cough, or flu like symptoms. Please call me and I would be more than glad to offer, rescheduling.
1.Please make sure the correct training course has been selected, as 2nd Breath BLS cannot be held accountable or issue refunds in this matter. (Please check with your employer/source to confirm the correct training course.)
2. Please arrive to class as scheduled, with comfortable clothing and shoes. (Bottled water is acceptable)
3. 2nd Breath BLS cannot be held accountable for any health related issues/occurrence that may present during or after performing the standard required physical activities associated with training.
4.Rescheduling request is available, on a 1 time only basis with a 24 hour, prior notice window. *Request to reschedule must be made by email or text and requires instructor’s confirmation of receipt. I will do my best to accommodate you.
5. No Show. No Call. Will generate 25% charge for administrative time and other acquired fees * Student will have the option to reschedule on a 1 time basis to avoid the 25% fee (if this option is exercised and another no call no show occurs, no refunds or reschedules will be issued). 6. 2nd Breath BLS does not have the capacity to extend refunds for online class curriculum, e-books/supplies. 7. 2nd Breath BLS reserves the right to weather related training cancellations and rescheduling. Students will be notified by email and/or text in this event. (Providing there are no power, or other services outages) 8. 2nd Breath BLS reserves the right to make any changes to this policy. If it is determined at any time that a refund will be issued a $20.00 fee will be charged for administrative time and payment processing fees.
